At Bella Aquatics Swim School, we are committed to making your experience as seamless as possible, whether your child is joining private swimming lessons, semi-private swimming lessons, or our Mom and Baby classes. Below, you'll find answers to some of the most common questions about parking, lesson policies, what to bring, and more. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help!
Where should I park?
Parking is available by the mailboxes or in our driveway. We want to ensure that your experience at Bella Aquatics Swim School is as smooth as possible, so please use these designated parking areas when bringing your child for their swimming lessons. Whether your child is enrolled in private swimming lessons or semi-private swimming lessons, having a convenient place to park makes drop-off and pick-up easier.

Can I stay on the pool deck and watch?
Of course! We highly encourage parents to stay and watch their child’s swimming lessons. Watching your kids during their private swimming lessons or semi-private swimming lessons allows you to see their progress firsthand and celebrate their milestones. Being present also helps children feel more comfortable and supported as they gain confidence in the water.

Can I take pictures of my child during swimming lessons?
Absolutely! Feel free to take pictures of your kids during their swimming lessons. Capturing these special moments is a great way to track their progress and share their achievements. If you post the pictures on social media, please tag us so we can celebrate their success with you! Whether they are in private swimming lessons or semi-private swimming lessons, we love seeing our swimmers having fun and improving their skills.

What do I need to bring to swimming lessons?
Your child should bring:
-
A swimsuit that fits comfortably and allows for easy movement.
-
A towel to dry off after their swimming lesson.
-
Goggles (optional but recommended to help kids feel more comfortable underwater).
-
Swim cap (optional but can help keep hair out of their face during lessons).
-
Sunscreen (for outdoor lessons, as protecting your child’s skin is important).
-
Waterproof shoes (for before and after lessons)
-
A swim diaper if they are not potty trained

Having these items ready ensures your child can focus on learning and enjoying their private swimming lessons or semi-private swimming lessons without distractions.

What if there is bad weather?
Swimming lessons will continue if it rains, as getting wet is all part of the experience! However, for safety reasons, if there is thunder or lightning, we will contact you to reschedule the lesson. Our priority is always the safety of the kids participating in private swimming lessons and semi-private swimming lessons, so we monitor the weather closely to make necessary adjustments.

When should I enroll my child in swimming lessons?
The best time to enroll your child in swimming lessons is as early as possible! Early exposure to water helps kids become comfortable and confident swimmers. At Bella Aquatics Swim School, we offer Mom and Baby classes to introduce infants and toddlers to the water in a fun and supportive environment. As your child grows, they can transition into private swimming lessons or semi-private swimming lessons, which provide more personalized instruction tailored to their needs and skill level. Starting early helps ensure they develop strong swimming skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.

How do I register for swimming lessons?
You can register for our private or semi-private swimming lessons online, via email, or by phone. During registration, we require your name, the student’s name, details of any medical conditions, and your contact information. Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment and send you a confirmation email.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All lessons are non-refundable. However, in cases of serious illness or family bereavement, we may offer credits at our discretion.
